RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. If an item shows scratches, wear, resizing, damage, or any signs of use, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS POLICY

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. All items are inspected prior to shipment. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please review the following:

1. Reporting Damages

Customers must report any damaged or defective items within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, email hello@olivialorenthelabel.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and damage

  • A brief description of the issue

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The damage must not result from misuse, improper care, or normal wear

3. Resolution

If approved, we will issue:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available),

  • Store credit, or

  • A refund to the original form of payment

4. Exclusions

We cannot honor claims for:

  • Damages reported after the 3‑day window

  • Damage caused by customer handling, chemicals, or post‑purchase alterations

5. Shipping Responsibility

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the damage is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect or shipping mishandling.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

All final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Online discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined with sale items.


SPECIAL EVENT PURCHASE POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made during Special Events, including pop‑ups, trunk shows, private events, and any in‑person sales where Olivia Lorèn The Label is a participating vendor.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

To qualify for our standard return or exchange policy, customers must provide complete and accurate contact information at checkout, including:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Mailing address

If this information is not provided at the time of purchase, the item will be considered final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or accommodation.

2. Final Sale Terms

Any purchase made at a Special Event without full customer information is automatically final sale. No exceptions.

3. Purpose of Information Requirement

This requirement ensures:

  • Authenticity and traceability of Special Event transactions

  • Accurate order verification

  • Eligibility for post‑event customer support

4. Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase at any Special Event, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
