SHIPPING POLICY AND ORDER PROCESSING

We promptly process and fulfill orders on business days from Monday to Friday. Standard shipping orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. Fulfillment occurs between 9 AM to 2 PM PST. Charges are applied at the time of order placement, and an email confirmation is sent immediately.

Upon shipping, another confirmation email, including tracking information and estimated delivery details, will be provided. Please be aware that business days exclude holidays and weekends. Shipping estimates displayed during checkout are based on business days starting from the shipping confirmation email, not the order placement time. All products are shipped from Orange County, California.

Upon delivery to the customer-provided shipping address, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. It is crucial to verify the accuracy of all shipping details. Olivia Lorèn The Label disclaims responsibility for lost shipments resulting from customer-provided incorrect addresses. Customers are accountable for ensuring the correct address during the purchase. If an order is returned by the shipping carrier due to an invalid address, a reshipment fee of $15.00 USD may apply. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.
